hi Dr i m 25 year old my skin is very dull there isnot freshness...i have frickle on my chik plz tell me what can i do.

-heredity
-dry and sensitive skin
-sun exposure
-use of cosmetics
-thyroid problem
-low HB
-nutritional problem
u neee to identify and correct if any of above is there
do -
-drink more water
-apply good moisturizer like cetaphil
-eat more salad and fruits
-avoid junk food
-avoid direct sun exposure
better to consult dermatologist
