How Can I Care For My Newborn Baby With Frequent Watery Diarrhea And Reduced Urine Output?

Hello doctor,my baby is 2 months 22 days old..she has diarrhoea from yesterday..yesterday it was 10 time watery stool..and today it is 11 time watery stool.. i have already started ors solution..jd drops and econorm sachet..and urin is less..she passes urin from yesterday 7 pm to 7 am only one.. and after that till now urin is after 7 am to 3 pm is 3 time.. but she is active.. how to care my baby..and how to she get well soon..pls mention all measurements of medicine..
