How Can I Control Anxiety Attack?

I have had an anxiety disorder for over 15 years. I am on medication. A major cause of anxiety for me is driving with someone, even if I am the driver. I feel like "what if" I have an anxiety attack and I'm driving, what will I do. It's like I fear having the attack itself. Any suggestions on how I can try to control this feeling?

Hello
You have to start on medications like SSRI associated with more and more driving . Actually you have to challenge the very thought causing anxiety and act in a way . Example you have to drive your self and with someone to control your anxiety.
