Chronic headache could be due to number of reasons like eye problem, sinusitis, stress headache due to less sleep and more stress, also rarely seen in obese people due to increased brain fluid. Do Yoga, Pranayam, deep breathing exercise to relive stress. Get 6-8 hours of sleep daily. You will need to get your eyes, and ENT checkup first. If they are normal you can consult Neurologist for proper diagnosis and solution to your problem. Take Paracetamol for relief of headache.
