How Can I Effectively Treat Glochid Injuries From A Bunny Ear Cactus That Seem To Be Spreading And Worsening?

Hi, I have had glochids from a bunny ear cactus under the skin of my arms and hands and I think they spread to my face,ears, nose and eyes. This happened 3 weeks ago when I picked up the pot the cactus was in. I have tried Elmer s glue and gauze, duck tape, lotion, tweezers, antibiotics, cortisone and bandages and they seem to be getting worse. Please help me!
