The most fertile days of a females cycle are 10th day from start of the cycle to 21st day of the cycle.So if you need to increase the chance of getting pregnant you should do sex every alternate day from 10th -21st day of every cycle.And for the release of egg you have to get a follicular study which is the sonography done to see the growth of the egg.
