How Can I Get Rid Of Dry And Cracked Skin On The Penis?

Hi,I have a dry penis which tends to crack from time to time on the foreskin. This causes cuts which are really painful especially during an erection. I use Daktacort ointment which helps fix the cuts problem but after a few days or week depends really, the same problem occurs. How can I go about the dryness as I think that’s the main cause of the issue.

Dryness and cuts in penis could be due to Candidal infection. You can go for an antifungal cream, either clotrimazole or sertaconazole. Make sure that the antifungal medication is not combined with any steroid. Please do check blood sugar, if you are above 40 years. Because, often candidal infection coexists with diabetes.
