How Can I Get Rid Of Persistent Bad Breath Caused By A Long-term Peptic Ulcer?

Hi Dr, I ve been suffering from peptic Ulcer for 4 years now I m on treatment but my problem is the bad breath I tried brushing everytime after eating, rinsing with salt water, different mouth washes but no changes, the foul smell is still there please help me on how I can get rid of the bad breath
