Hello,

You have a low RBC and hemoglobin count, but your ferritin level is adequate. From the reports, it is conclusive that you do not have iron deficiency. Your iron stores are good. You will have to work on RBC production, and your red blood cell count will get increased. Take vitamin B12 rich food or supplements. Include fish, eggs, dairy in your regular diet.

Take spinach, lentils, citrus fruits or vitamin B9 (folate) supplements to help in the synthesis of new RBC's. Take chickpeas, bananas, oats, etc., to help increase the hemoglobin level. Also take vitamin C-rich food for better absorption of iron. Stay well hydrated, do regular exercises, walking, cycling, etc.

Poor sleep affects hormonal regulation of erythropoiesis. Take 8 hours of quality sleep. Get repeat blood tests done every 2–3 months to test for increased red blood cells. Stay away from addictions, if any.

Hope I have answered your question. Take care.
