How Can I Loose My Body Weight ? Please Suggest

I cant lose weight!!! I work out 5+ times a week with a trainer for over an hour. HELP!!!?
OK, I have had a personal trainer for two months now. I go to him 5 times a week for one hour. I usually stay after our session to get in more cardio. I have made a 180 in the way that I eat. What in the world is up?!?!?

There could be many different factors influencing why your body seems to be "static" even though you have made very big changes in eating habits and working out. Depending on how unhealthy you were, your body is probably healing. Many times, overweight people are actually malnourished. Your body will have to take time to heal, if you are now consuming healthier foods, which may mean you actually gain more weight before it begins to melt away. - I recommend reading Dr. Schwarzbein's books, you will learn how our bodes function by the life of our hormones. You need to understand your body on the hormonal, and cellular level, to understand how your health is going. She writes clearly for the lay person, do not hesitate to check out her books. You will be riveted. Be sure to eat enough since you are working out so much now. Also, you may want to take an acidophilus supplement, to make sure your intestinal track is balanced with bacteria. - the health of our intestinal track determines how we absorb and burn calories. Intestinal tracks with a healthy balance of flora (bacteria), actually burn less calories than those of individuals with out of balance systems. Do not eat "low fat" or "fat free" foods. Your body needs good fat to be thin. Cut out refined sugars and soda. The key here, is that you do not lose weight to get healthy - if you research, and begin to understand how to bring your body into balance and you heal from being unhealthy, the result will be a healthy weight loss if you are currently over weight. Eat organic - you will save your liver from constantly filtering a diet rich in toxic pesticides and herbicides.
