How Can I Make Hep B Virus Active For Interferon Therapy?

Hi Doctors,
I just done a complete blood test for Hep. B
And the results say:
HBsAg:positif;
Anti-HBc:positif;
AST: 25; ALT:15;
HBeAg: Reaktif(S/CO: 1,373.056);
Anti-Hbe:non reaktif(S/CO: 43.54); HBV-DNA:>1.10x10^8
My doctor said that my Hep.B virus are still inactive that's why I can't get any interferon therapy. Is that true? How can I make the virus become active so I can start the therapy?
Thank you.

hi.
thanks for posting query.

1. HepB can not be eradicated completely in patients postive HBsAg.
however, complications can be prevented with proper care and treatment.
Treatment is advised if AST and ALT are > ULN and HBV DNA count on PCR is very high. Liver enzymes and HBsAg status and HBV DNA PCR maybe done regularly every 6 to 12 months,
Visit hepatologist for proper interpretation of results.

you do NOT need treatment as per current results

hope to answer concern
