Hello,

The symptoms you describe seem to be in the setting of a mild concussion. It can cause headaches, fatigue, dizziness, trouble concentrating etc, symptoms which can persist for weeks or even months at times.

There is no specific treatment, the brain needs its time to recover and the only thing you can do is rest, both physical and mental rest.

It is important to relax as often psychological factors play an important role in prolonging complaints.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
