Dear Welcome to HCM We understand your concerns L I went through your details. I can understand. You don't have to do anything except doing your duties towards your family, career, society etc. Means you should concentrate on your current task rather than dwelling into your old problems. Relationship and failures are common problems and many people come across it every day. 95% Of them are disappointed and within a month or so will be able to overcome the emotional state associated with it. I mean to say, you don't have depression, but simple disappointment. The symptoms and negative obsessive thinking will be cleared within a month from day you realize and accept the matter. Take care.
