How Can I Overcome My Stress And Short Tempered Nature ?

hello doctor i easily get stress , short tempered, i also feel very much unsecured about my job also low self esteem, what could be the reason & how can i overcome this, Kindly recommend. Age: 37, Male, no treatment done to this matter.

Good Day
You need to learn to relax. Try deep breathing exercises, Pranayam and Yoga as they help a lot. You need to do things by yourself and gain control of your life to be confident and secure. You can read good self-help books like THE MONK WHO SOLD HIS FERRARI which has been helpful for many people. Also, eat fresh natural food, no junk food, colas etc. Drink plenty of water to detoxify you. Sleep everyday for 6-8 hours. Exercise everyday for 40 minutes atleast by brisk walking, or you can join a gym. Keep busy and you won't feel insecure. You may speak to a Psychiatrist who will be able to help you best in your situation if the above techniques don't work. GOOD LUCK !!!!
