How Can I Quit From Smoking Habit, Feel Like Stuffed Nose As Soon As I Wake Up ?
I feel like stuffed nose as soon as i wake up, I smoke upto 12 cigretts a day.want to quit smoking could please suggest me the best way to quit. I work in night shifts and sleep in day Shifts I am not sure if it has anything to do with it . I am 183 cms in height and 69 kgs in weight.

You could be having nasal allergy and may require anti-allergic medications for a month or so. I dont think the stuffed nose is due to your smoking or due to your night shifts.
