The ASO(anti streptolysin) is an anti body produced in the blood , it is produced due to reaction against stepto coccus bacteria.. normal level is within 200 todd unit, the titre level more than 200, is abnormal.. you need to be clinically evaluated and treated..Only antibiotic can reduce the ASO level.. consult a physician..
