I have always been active. I have chronic pain and take methadone for pain (long term now 2.5 yrs. ) I try to walk, cross country ski, do bone builders and yoga once a week but they all hurt to do them. I do not feel i have made any progress at all. I ache all the time and get really out of breath . I am 56 and female have had two failed back surgeries and am not overweight . I try to eat well and drink enough water. what am i doing wrong. This is unsual for me and i have never felt this frustrated. I have had pain in my back for at leat 5 years and up until recently had been able to live with this fact. Ihave worked hard to get here and now i am back in alot of pain. Any ideas for me?
