How Can I Reduce Facial Redness, Tightness, And A Strong Body Odor After Recent Cocaine And Meth Use To Appear Presentable For Work?

For a few days out of the last 3 to 4 weeks I have been using Cocain, maybe with some meth in it, and then yesterday I used a small amount of meth and have been up all night. My face is red and tight and my skin looks like plastic, also I smell a stinky ammonia like oder which I believe is seeping out of my pores in my face and body. I know I need to stop using this stuff and I will, I always do...but how can I fix my face and the oder to be presentable in public and work???
