How Can I Relieve This Nasal Pain And Pressure In The Nose And On Ayrsaline Mist For Years?

I have been using Ayr saline mist for years and I get some comfort. These past 2 days, I have a lot of cogestion in my nose. I have gone to the doctor, but nothing was suggested. I have tried flushing my nasal passages. I am experiencing more than the usual pain. My head is throbbing and I can, t take Aleve or its drug family. How can I relieve this nasal pain and pressure without compromising my Afib? Thank you, Angie

This may be due to sinusitis. please take
1. azithromycin 250mg twice daily
2. serratiopeptidase10mg twice daily
3. mucolite10mg thrice daily
4. cetrizine 5mg at night
*3 days.

stem inhalion will help to relive your discomfort. Reduce the frequency of your head bath, Avoid ice cold products.
