How Can I Remove A Small Piece Of Cucumber Stuck In My Soft Palate Causing Discomfort?

So I was eating a cucumber and I think a little piece got caught in my soft pallet it is uncomfortable and it’s annoying me it feels like it is coming out but when I swallow it feels like it’s going back up then it feels like is coming out then when I swallow it feels like it’s going back up etc etc. and I have to go to work soon so what do I do bout it?
