How Can I Safely Remove A Tube That Got Stuck Inside My Anus While Using Clean-a-Medic?

Good morning I have a problem.. this morning I was using Clean-a-Medic that is used to clean dirty stomach.. by putting a tube inside a anus.. so I did so but as time goes... that Tube is nowhere to be found.. I think its inside my anus... please assist me to remove that before damaging me..
