How Can I Safely Stop Taking Divalproex, Escitalopram, Desvenlafaxine, And Methylphenidate Without Experiencing Withdrawal Symptoms?

Hi sir, I m using 1)divalproex sodium er 500mg. 2) Escitalopram 5mg 3) desvenlafaxine 100mg 4) methylphenidate 54mg I m getting some side effects due to these medicines and I wanted to stop all these all of a sudden.That is now. So the question is I don t want to get any withdrawal symptoms for stopping these all of a sudden. What should I do inorder not to get withdrawal symptoms.can you please help me.
