How Can I Safely Stop Taking Nexito Forte After 5 Years Without Experiencing Restlessness, Sleep Issues, Or Constipation?

I am taking nexito forte from the last 5 years as described by the doctor due to office work pressure and anxiety.Now I have been retired from the service and no anxiety at present.Enjoying healthy life.However one day I stopped taking it but i feel restlessness and sleep disorder in the night.Moreover I have constipation problem also ..I want to stop taking this tablet.What to do.
