How Can I Safely Treat A Small, Painless White Lump On My Frenulum That Developed After A Cut?

Hey. I got a small cut under my foreskin whichI guess is called frenulum, and after months it has developed into very little white pimple type...so am I supposed to put cream to heal it ? It isn t paining or itching. But still I just want to remove that white lump. Suggest me some cream or something which will work effectively.
