How Can I Stop Feeling Persistent Stomach Discomfort When Tests Show Nothing?

Hi, I have been feeling some discomfort in my stomach for months now, it s not pain but like my stomach gets warm and my clothes around the stomach gets uneasy Really don t know how it feels. However, I have done some test and my doctor said there s nothing wrong that it s just my mind. Please how do I stop feeling like my stomach is hurting?
