How Can I Stop Masturbating?
Hi . I m a 17-year-old male . I ve been masturbating since 3 years but with no partner ( motivated by films ) . I d like to get rid of that habit . The longest periode I ve not masturbted was 17 days . the average of times I masturbate aday is about 3 times . Sure It s not daily Firstly I ve had pain in my back , now I feel more pain at my knees ( they always make sounds ). I really appreciate your efforts . _
