Hello and welcome to hcm,
I would suggest you to get your teeth cleaned by a dentist to remove the stains on teeth completely.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
Use soft bristled tooth brush to clean your teeth.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinse to gargle.
The stains can re-appear if you use the gutkha.
Get dental check-up in every 6 months.
Take care.

hello
1st of all congratulation for quitting the habit as it leads to various serious problems
now i would advise that you pay a visit to your nearby dentist and get a proper scaling and curretage done
in the meanwhile to maintain good oral health you can do the following

1.luke warm saline rinses 4-6 times daily initially for 15 days and then reduce it to after meals
2.use hexidine mouth wash after breakfast
3.dont forget to brush your teeth before going to bed
4.also you can use some gum astingents to maintain good gum health
hope this helps

Hi,
Stains are very common and in most of the cases can be removed by a procedure called "scaling and polishing" by the dentist. In certain patients when there are gaps between teeth these stains are easily visible, due to the gaps and are difficult remove by the patient by brushing. Therfore professional cleaning is required.
maintain good oral hygiene.
brush your teeth twice daily using toothbrush.
rinse your mouth after every meals.
chlorhexidine mouthrinses can prevent plaque accumulation.

Hello,

Thanks for sharing your concern in this forum,

Gutkha of course is harmful for oral cavity but nice that you have stopped to have it...

Gutkha leads to external stains(dark brown) over the teeth...

Consult with Dentist for whole mouth scaling and polishing...

You have to brush twice daily..

Do warm saline rinses 2-3 times/day or after every meal...

You can use interdental brush and floss to clean the area in between the teeth...

Hope this helps out...

Regards....
