How Can I Treat Headaches, Soreness Of Neck And Sleeplessness Caused By Head Injury?

I accidenly hit my head on the coner of my medicine cubbard it cut my head and it seem to take foever to stop the blleeding,I know I lost alot of blood and the next day my husband could not keep me awake,which I don,t know why he would take me to the hospital or call the ems except he doesn't like having to wait at the hospital which is everyselfish,I,m having terrible headaches and difficult time sleeping and my neck is so sore and painful not as bad as my headache,my head hurts 24 hour of the day.I feel I need medical attention and he tell me I' full of sh---,so Ineed a professional point of view and how serious this can be.
