How Can I Treat Pinworms And Anal Fissures Caused By Itching And Recent Weight Gain?

Hello, I have problem of pinworms and anal fissures as well due to itching and fat I have gained. I am pretty sure of pin worms because few time I got that with my finger while itching and traits include too much itching at night. Thanks if you help me with this
