How Can IBS Along With Dizziness And Nausea Be Treated?

I m diagnosed about 12 years ago with IBD and diagnosed with IBS as a child. A few years back, my bowels are acting up and it got bad...to the point that I couldn t pass a bowel movement in over two weeks and not at all without the help of two enemas at a time. I went to a GI specialist then and they found polyps in my small intestine I believe, I became anxious when they brought up Chrones and surgery and didn t go back. Now, after being diagnosed with Hypophosphatasia and Ehlers-Danlos, I m getting nervous about my bowels. I eat only once a day now if that, I m constantly nauseous, dizzy, lately I ve been passing more than 4 stools a day and they are abnormal. They are very thin, with a different odor, there are blood streaks everytime I wipe, and undigested food in my stool. It s very soft and when it is hard, they are black lumps. I have a lot of pain in my lower left groin as well. I became nervous after seeing the symptoms for Colon Cancer and was wondering if these symptoms could also pertain to Chrones and not jut Colon Cancer. Thank you so much
