General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

IBS-D is irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea type. The commonest cause is stress and/or anxiety.
Hence, I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Since you know the medications and the dosages that suit you the most for getting IBS under control, it is imperative that you continue these as needed. Librax should help you the best as it helps to control stress and anxiety also as well as works on gut.

Normaxin or Rifagut helps to control the local intestinal infection if present. Also needed is to identify the factors, foods and beverages that cause such a problem and avoid such things altogether. Change the lifestyle to suit you the most.

Hope I have answered your query.
