How Can PCOS Be Treated Without Taking Birth Control Pill?

I ve was diagnosed with cos 2 years ago. i wasn t on any medication until now. i am was given provera to start my period, and after that i started taking birth control pills for 3 week but i have already had 2 migraines. What can i do if i don t want to take birth controls pill for my pcos symptoms

Metformin or at least 10% weight loss are both very good for PCOS, and it is inexpensive. There are other hormonal treatments but those are neither as safe nor inexpensive.
