How Can PCOS Be Treated?

I am suffering with PCOS, visited to doctor as i missed my periods again and we are also planning for a baby. She prescribed me meprate for 5 day to get periods. Need to know when i will get my periods now ?Also we are trying for baby since from last one and half year. but no results. Please help me

Hi,

The mentioned tablet is progesterone like drug. It can induce period within week. If in 5-6 days you can't get period then further investigation needed in form of serum estrogen, progesterone, DHEA estimation, serum FSH and LH estimation, etc.
