How Can PCOS Be Treated?

i am 21 yrs old and i have PCOS and vulger acne have been diagnosed 2 months back..after that i m taking ginette 35 ,i hv cmpltd 2 kits of ginette,but now i am having very light bleeding in form of clot sign,with lots of backache and weight gain..is it normal to have very light bleeding while taking ginette 35 or is a matter of concern? Plz help me.

Hi I think you can be having a breakthrough bleeding. It is a side effect of oral contraceptive pill. So, don't worry about it. You should get a thyroid profile and prolactin level checked. Also try to lose some weight. It will be of great help. You can try some medicines containing myoinositol and n acetyl cysteine for improving pco. Hope it helps.
