How Can PTSD Along With Appetite Loss And Depression Be Treated?

My son a fireman-EMT S is having symptoms of pstd, not eating, reliving events, sleepless, and not wanting to be alone, he lives in barnesville Ohio, I m in Massachusetts, he lives with his wife and 2 small children, I am researching how to help him, I am planning a trip next month and I would like to know symptoms and where to get help when I arrive, any suggestions? He has no health ins., thank you YYYY@YYYY
