How Can Parkinson S Disease Be Managed?

My son was just diagnosed with Parkinson s. He has had a progressively worsening tremor, over the last five years. He is left handed and that is the hand affected. His BD is 2-25-1960. His neurologist ordered Requip, this week and it seems to have lessened the tremor when he is not experiencing stress. What is his long term prognosis? YYYY@YYYY

The prognosis of Parkinson's disease is variable however if am afraid that the disease worsens with time. Generally the things get worse with time and we need to increase the drugs , the main problem is that effects of the drugs wears off with time and we need to increase with time. However it takes a long time and we have lot of treatment options which can used with time if needed.
