How Can Parkinson's Disease Be Treated?

My wife is having the parkinson's disease past 2 years, her hands shakes and her walking speed also got reduced, literrally she limps in one leg. any cure for her as we have consulted many doctors they have prescribed many medicines but of no use. What to do?
