How Can Shulman Syndrome Be Treated?

My boyfriend has shulmans syndrome and has been taking prednisone. He recently ran out of his prescription and tried to get a refill. He was told he neede to prove his disease all over again. WTF! He is in discomfort and needs his medication. What can he do?

Unfortunately Prednisolone will require a prescription and is not available over the counter . Why don't you consult the physician who first saw him maybe he can write it out.
