Hello dear
I understand your concern
Sometime UTI is unresponsive to some antibiotic
I would suggest to consult urologist and undergo urine culture and sensitivity test for better management.
Antibiotic according to culture report will help you
Tablet pyridium
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple
If vaginal swab test showing yeast infection then only use cream for yeast infection.
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene, do not delay in empty bladder and empty it completely
Wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
