How Can UTI Be Treated?

no amount of anti biotic of various type have cleared a uti to date. the urologist thinks it could be a kidney stone the size of a quarter that i have had for twenty years that gives me no problems/ i have starterd on cranberry pills 400 twice a day/ will it help--and what the side effects of these pills also will it help

After urine culture start a antibiotics under doctor's suggestion...
Cranberry helpful in urinary tract infection...
Maintain proper hygiene..
Avoid caffeine drinking, coffee, tea, soda, spicy food, alcohol drinking....
Drink more water per day...
Avoid tight jeans.
Alkalytic agent can use under doctor's suggestion.
Consult a nephrologist for further treatment.
