How Can A 23 Yo Man With Tall Family Genetics Grow Longer?
Hi, im 23 years old, looking to grow taller and jump higher, my family genetics are tall, but i seem to be shorter then all the men in my family, how can i open my growth plates and grow taller ? or what can i do to grow taller without operating on my legs.
