How Can A PCOD Be Treated?

i just got an hsg done and the radiologist said it was fine. but my gynecologist said that by right tube shows some signs of maybe an infection. i am 28 yrs old recently married and diagnosed with PCOD. I wanted to know if just by looking at an hsg one call tell about the presence of tb? what are the other tests that can be done and how long will the ATT treatment be and will i be able to conceive?
