How Can A Arm Burn With Clear Fluid Be Treated?

Hi, I have a burn on my arm and i've been putting neosporin and stuff like that on it & gauze so it doesn't get infected, but i'm worried because it has a clear liquid inside it and my parents said not to squeeze it out. is that normal? what is it & what should i do? thanks!
