How Can A Black Eye After An Injury Near The Eyebrow Be Treated?

After a accident a hit my forehead very hard just above my eyebrows, went to emergency, and after only 2 hrs black eyes began. Now after only 24 hrs the black eyes have increased in volume and moving down my cheek. Can a small prick at the base of the balloon help in recovery.
