How Can A Broken Blood Vessel In The Eye Be Treated?

I have a large broken blood vessel in my eye. This is the 3rd one in the last 4 months. I don’t know what is causing them. I am suppose to fly tomorrow will this cause any problems? Is there anything I can do to help it heal and prevent future occurrences?
