How Can A Bruised Arm Be Treated?

I ran into a volleyball pole while playing Wednesday night. My right arm took a direct hit. The hit is right where immunization shots are normally given. As of the now the redness and the bruising is already covering my whole bicep. Is this normal? I have full range of motion and no numbness is present.

itcan be examined by doctor. if simple bruise then antiseptic lotion can be used after cleaning. betadine ointment can be used. if there is bleeding then inj tt can be taken. it can be contact dermatitis.
