How Can A Bruised Knee Be Treated?

My husband feel 4 days ago and hit his knees on a cement step. one knee became very black and blue and two days later the other knee is black and blue. the bruise on the frist knee is coloring around the side of the knee. He is on warefin and I am concerned about the increaste of the colored area. Should I use cold or hot packs or what. The knees are not causing him pain.

I understand your concern about your husband knee. Knee is a very sensitive joint, and hurting it causes haematomas, but as your husband is on treatment you shouldn't be worried, within some days it will be gone. It's important and very promising that he does not feel pain.
