How Can A Bruised Toe Be Treated?

Yes my wife lost her right leg due to gangerine and now she has a problem with the left leg where the toe which does not have a nail the tip in discolored and a portion of the tip of the toe is black. can maggot therapy be used to eat the dead portion of the toe?

Not really much if the gangrene is there it should be removed because it may spread and get more damage. Gangrene means dead tissue where there is no blood supply or nutrients. So I think you should consult surgeon.
