How Can A Bulky Uterus Be Surgically Treated Without Its Removal?

Hi, I am XXXX, Unmarraied with age of 28 years old. Having Bulky uterus with large intramural fibroid approx axial dimensions of 15.5 x 11.3 cms, craniocaudal dimensions: 18 cms with lobulated outline seen in the anterior wall of the uterus. Is there any surgical treatment without removal of Uterus? Because I am unmarried & I don t want to remove my Uterus. Pls suggest?
