Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a bump on inner cheek caused by sharp cusp of teeth and scraping of teeth can be due to tear of mucosa leading to ulceration and hematoma formation..
It can also be due to Fibroma formation that is soft tissue overgrowth caused by continuous irritation..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
First of all coronoplasty will be done that is smootening the sharp cusps of teeth..
In case if it is a Fibroma it has to be removed easily under local anaesthesia..
In case if there is only ulceration and torn mucosa then apply numbing gel containing Lignocaine over it and along with it suck ice or do cool compresses..
A steroid based oral paste can also be applied..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
